Buchanan Residences

In the heart of Japantown, a new, instantly iconic building has been added to the streetscape. Managing Principal Federico Engel led this project, taking care to ensure that the facade both honored and updated the prevailing Japantown aesthetic. Inside, six condominium units stretch from front to rear of the building, floor to ceiling windows encourage light to flood in, and an expansive roof deck with hot tub and BBQ beckons.
