Paula Arce

Paula’s developed an interest in residential architecture growing up in Costa Rica, where the beautiful landscape inspires innovative and unique coastal and hillside homes. As she highly enjoyed math and physics in school and always had inclination for creativity, Paula was moved to pursue a career in architecture. She appreciates the versatility of the architecture field and that she is able to bring her resourcefulness into her work. She received her a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she also minored in Italian Studies. La Sagrada Familia in Spain and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in Italy are among Paula’s favorite buildings.

Outside of her passion for design, Paula enjoys dance. An accomplished dancer across numerous styles, her repertoire includes jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, salsa and bachata. She also likes to take part in adrenaline pumping outdoor activities like water rafting, bungee jumping, and zip lining.
