Jordan Marshall

Junior Designer

B.S in Civil Engineering and Architectural Studies | Northeastern University

Jordan grew up in Buffalo, NY. She sees architecture as the union of art and engineering to define spaces, which in turn, define us. She approaches architecture as a fascinating puzzle to shape the world around us and discover our collective identities like in Harold and the Purple Crayon. For her senior capstone project, Jordan and her team designed a mixed-use structure that incorporated social programs, community spaces, and affordable housing units. They created an innovative hybrid modular system aimed at optimizing material usage and reducing embodied carbon. Their project garnered recognition, leading to a presentation to the Northeastern Civil Engineering Industrial Advisory Board following graduation.

Jordan completed her first internship at Butler Armsden Architects in San Francisco in 2022, followed by a second one at Fennick McCredie Architecture in Boston, MA, in 2023. She is excited to return to BAA after graduating. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys exploring San Francisco and California, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends.
