Brandon was born in Oakland and grew up in the surrounding East Bay Area. With a strong background in the service industry, he has always prioritized being approachable, solutions-oriented, and people-focused. This passion naturally led him into the recruiting field within the tech sector, where he successfully developed the groundwork for recruiting processes.
Transitioning to people operations, Brandon played a key role in developing onboarding processes and fostering the culture of a start-up. At BAA, he is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience while supporting the organization's core values and culture.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys exploring parks with his family, cooking meals with loved ones, and relaxing at local breweries. In his personal time, he can often be found golfing, playing baseball, catching a movie, or riding his bike around the Bay Area.
